I knew that they wrote Hot Dog and The Other Father Song before actually listening to any of their stuff beyond that. I basically drip-fed myself some of their popular songs in Very Early 2023 and enjoyed it enough to where I listened to the discography playlist on shuffle. I don't know why I shuffled it but I'm kinda glad that I did.
I think Lincoln was my first album.
In late 2023, I listened to the song Apophenia for the first time. I really like it now.
My first concert was in 2024, at the Vic Theatre in Chicago. This concert is the only reason I like Out of Jail.
I would've seen them at the Chattanooga show in 2025 if it wasn't for the government shutdown :-(.
